Inner Circle Young Leaders Fellowship is an all-female youth programme designed to engage young girls in activities that will develop their leadership and change-making skills. It is a 1-year program where young ladies gain both theoretical and practical skills and experiences that guide them towards becoming better leaders.

The 12-month Fellowship combines personal development and real-world work experience, with fellows being immersed in diverse topics and areas, ranging from Leadership, Social Impact and Changemaking, Project Management and more, as well as getting real-world experience with carrying out sustainable impact projects in their community.
